Just save it to your Computer and use a editing software such as Photoshop and layer in our frame with your image.

 

You can then save it as your own and make it your profile picture, holiday card or a printable for a picture frame.

 

If you do not want to spend all that money on fancy software there are free versions out there such as Paint.Net , PhotoScape and GIMP.
